Hi! I have been teaching at CGBHS since 2023. I have taught English 3, Dual Credit Oral and Interpersonal Communication, Dual Credit Written Communication, Short Stories, and Nonfiction. Before teaching here, I taught at another small school west of Fond du Lac.
I grew up in Germantown, WI, attended Marquette University for my BA in secondary education, sociology, and English, and received my MH in English from Tiffin University. I became a teacher because I found I really enjoyed reading and writing and saw how it could help all students be successful in their future careers. After all, every job will need reading, writing, speaking, and/or listening in some way or another! My goal as a teacher is to meet every learner's needs so that every learner I serve can achieve their true potential.
My family lives in West Bend. My husband and I are licensed foster parents. We enjoy movies, shopping, reading, board games and hanging out with our two dogs and two cats.
