Welcome to CGB Elementary School!
I began my career as a school counselor at CG-B in 1999. I earned my Bachelor's Degree from Marian College (now Marian University) and immediately pursued my Master's Degree in school counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. My husband Josh and I have five boys who have all attended CG-B. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with our family, running, and reading.
I want all students and families to feel safe and respected at our school. I have a unique position in our school and I love it! I get to see all students in their classrooms every other week for developmental guidance lessons, and I also get to meet with students in groups or individually when needed. I am part of our district's mental health team as well as building level teams for behavior, academics, and leadership. I have a particular interest in screen time and technology use and how that affects developing children.
